The act of releasing semen from a man's penis and via his urethra is known as ejaculation. Retrograde ejaculation refers to the action of semen entering the bladder during an orgasm rather than passing via the penis. As a result, the semen and bladder-containing pee are combined. Additionally, the semen is lost as waste.
